Tots

TOTS PROGRAM

Our dedicated staff concentrate on fun, unique games that incorporate a soccer ball, which allows each player to flourish at their own pace. With a focus on one-player/one-ball, our curriculum is designed to build players dribbling and passing skills to prepare them for the next phase in our Juniors Academy Program.

The Tots Program is led by DC Soccer Club's Professional Coaching Staff and uses DC Soccer Club's age-specific curriculum. All activities are designed specifically for players ages 3 to 5.

TOTS FAQ

Q: My child does not like being a part of big groups, nor plays well with other kids, can we still sign up?

A: Yes. This is perfectly normal for kids this age. Our curriculum is catered to players individually.

Q: I am not ready to put my child in competitive sports at this age, what is the structure?

A: Our focus is for players to have fun, engage with other kids while also playing games that incorporate soccer without them even realizing it. We have a players participate season after season before moving to our Juniors Academy Program.

Q: My child will turn 4 during or right after the session dates. Should I put him/her in Pre-Tots or Tots?

A: Pre-Tots is for 3-4 year olds and Tots is for 4-5 year olds. If your child is turning 4 during or right after the session dates, you can choose either programs based on your child's development.

Q:  What do we need to bring?

A: A soccer ball (size 3), water, and comfortable footwear.

Q:  What sets you apart from other organizations?

We are enthusiastic, passionate and understand providing a safe place to play is the most important aspect of youth soccer. Our coaches have an infectious personality because they have a true love for the game and teaching kids.
