Travel Coach

DCSC is looking for qualified coaches for the travel program to promote the values and high coaching standards based on DCSC principles of excellence. If you are interested in coaching in our travel program, contact Technical Director Edu De Souza.

Tots Coach

Part-time paid and volunteer positions are available. Looking for coaches who can engage younger kids and follow an age-appropriate curriculum for players aged 3-5 years old. If you are interested, contact Programs Manager Gabi Wlassits.


ADP Coach

DC Soccer Club's Accelerated Development Program is bridge program between rec and travel for players looking to advance their skills. If you are looking to gain more experience coaching in youth soccer, have a passion about the game, and are available to coach midweek and games on Sunday, contact Programs Manager Gabi Wlassits.


Pre-K Plus Coach

Staff coaches work with teams to expose children to soccer & help new volunteer coaches grow & develop through mentoring & direction. Sessions happen on Saturdays in Spring and Fall, between 8am-2 pm, with a mix of practice activities and a short game each day. Help new players learn the game and learn about team sports. Demonstrate practice activities and help volunteer coaches run sessions. Monitor games and educate parents via conversations and modeling positive behaviors. Rec Program Guest Coaches

Based on availability, visit Rec teams at their Spring and Fall season team practices (typically weeknights, various locations & times; some Sundays as well) and help with the session. Coordinate with the team coach(es) to either run a session addressing a specific topic or watch the coach(es) and provide feedback & mentoring after the session. Give the players a quality session while also educating the coach(es). Typically involves teams of players in grades 1 – 7. If you are interested, contact Director of Recreation Jane Dawber.


Internships


DC Soccer Club's Internship Program offers internships in Fall, Winter, Spring and/or Summer. Interns will gain valuable experience working alongside DC Soccer Club's office and coaching staff. The program is designed to provide interns with experience working in a non-profit youth sports organization. Course credit and community service hour verification are available, subject to school requirements.
