Adult Programs


DC Soccer Club is happy to provide programming for adult soccer players and those who wish to learn more about the game. Of course, soccer is not just for kids, so come out and join us on the fields. Plus, think of the health benefits for adults - which are documented and detailed here.

ADULT DROP-IN SOCCER – DC Soccer Club hosts adult drop-in soccer on a seasonal basis, generally in the Summer and Winter. Players must be 18 years of age or older. DC Soccer Club provides the fields, and players bring their A-game! Play as often as you want – or if you have to skip a session, no problem. Players should bring water, a soccer ball, and wear shin guards and appropriate footwear. If possible, bring a dark shirt and a light shirt to wear as well.

DC Soccer Club provides instructional soccer clinics ideal for beginner- and intermediate-level players. Receive quality instruction from DC Soccer Club staff coaches during fun 90-minute sessions. Participants from age 18 to 80 are welcome! All participants will get a good workout and come away with improved technical skills & tactical awareness and an enhanced understanding of the game. And, if you are the parent of a current soccer player, you’ll have a magnified appreciation for what your kids do every week on the field!  

Players will practice technical skills, gain tactical knowledge, and get lots of touches on the ball during high energy sessions. If registrant numbers permit, we will break out separate beginner and intermediate groups, otherwise all will participate together.
