Former Director of Communications and Administration, Michelle Alioto will lead the DC Soccer Club as the Director of Operations

DC Soccer Club has hired Michelle Alioto as the Director of Operations.

WASHINGTON- DC Soccer Club, D.C.’s largest youth soccer organization, is excited to introduce Michelle Alioto as the Club’s Director of Operations. 

 Alioto joins DC Soccer Club as a well-respected soccer administrator who has performed at a high level in the soccer and professional world with over 20 years of experience. Previous to working in youth soccer club administration, Alioto's professional experience includes working in communications for an international labor union in DC and working as both a director and assistant director in sports media for two different university athletic programs. A native of Wisconsin, she played NCAA Div. I soccer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Alioto coached for several years in her home state at the club, high school, state ODP and collegiate levels before moving to Virginia, where she has coached since 2012. She is in the process of completing the USSF B License. 

Alioto will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the DC Soccer Club. She will also work with the DC Soccer Club’s dedicated staff to provide the highest level of service to all of our players, families, coaches, volunteers, and members. 

Alioto says, “I am excited for the opportunity to work at DCSC alongside a great staff of directors, coaches, administrators, and volunteers. I look forward to helping the club continue to grow."
