WASHINGTON - DC Soccer Club’s Boys U13 Blue Metros won at the Columbia Fall Classic hosted by Elite Tournaments and Soccer Association of Columbia. DC Soccer Club’s Girls U11 and Girls U15 Blue Metros were runners-up in the Bethesda Premier Cup hosted by the Bethesda Soccer Club. 

The U13 Boys won in the finals on Sunday against the Academy Maryland Liverpool FCIA Central (MD) 2010 Boys 5-1 in the Championship bracket. Before clenching their championship win, the U13 Boys defeated Hershey SC 2010 M Elite (PAE) 6-2. 

The U11 Blue Metro Girls won their semi-final match against the Springfield South County Youth Club 2012 Girls Blue (VA) in the Chesapeake Bracket 3-0. The U11 Girls went on to become the runners-up in the tournament falling to the Yardley Makefield Soccer 2012 Girls Rebels (PAE) 0-1.

The U15 Girls were runners-up in the tournament playing in the Liberty bracket. During their first game on Sunday, the GU15 Blue Metros tied the Pittsburgh Riverhounds 2008 Girls (PAW) team 1-1. In the finals, the Blue Metro girls fell to Steel United PA 08G Elite (PAE) 1-0.
