The team went 1-1-1 in the group stage including a tie 2-2 in their first game against Benfica Academy DC 2008 Red on Saturday. They did not advance to the final due to a tiebreaker.
In Loudoun County Virginia, the Boys U15 Blue Metros competed in the East Coast Premier Cup (ECPC) this weekend, a regional pre-season tournament focused on bringing East Coast clubs together on the weekend before Labor Day.
In this tournament, the Boys U15 Blue Metros Team, coached by Mohamed Bennani, won against ABGC Olympiacos DC 07 (VA) with a score of 3-1 on Friday.
