The US Youth Maryland State Cup is a part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series, which is the nation’s most prestigious youth soccer tournament, providing over 185,000 players on over 10,000 teams in every state the opportunity to showcase their skills against the best competition in the country. 

On May 1st, DC Stoddert Blue Metros 07 won against the Pipeline Soccer Club 2007 Pre ECNL in the quarter-finals with a score of 2-0, after topping Brausa United Futebol Club '07 Boys Blue 4-0 in the Round of 16.

This Sunday May 16th, DC Stoddert Blue Metros 07 will play Liverpool FC International Academy Maryland Central MD 2007 at Cedar Lane Regional Park in Bel Aire, MD at 12pm. The winner of this match will head to the championship on June 6th against the winner of Bethesda Blue and SAC Pre-Academy 2007. 

“We’re looking forward to this weekend’s match,” said Coach Mohamed Bennani. “The boys have been working hard in training and we feel that their strong technical foundation will benefit them on Sunday.”
