Anthony Ugorji

Anthony Ugorji is a 2015 graduate of Longwood University. He played for the university’s Division I Men’s Soccer team for four years and served as team captain for two. During his 2013 season, he received Honorable Mention for the Big South’s All-Conference End of the Season Team. He is currently completing the final year of his Masters's program in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports at Southwest Minnesota State University. Ugorji recently concluded a 4-year coaching tenure at Archbishop Carroll High School in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC), where he coached the varsity soccer program from 2016 - 2020. He has also previously coached soccer at Brookland FC and Avanti Athletics. Ugorji also currently volunteers as the assistant coach at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC).

Full-time, Ugorji works as the Director of Sports Performance at RedLine Athletics. He holds a US Soccer ‘D’ Coaching License. Ugorji’s motto is, “Think Higher. Feel Deeper.” He is deeply passionate about helping serve and inspire athletes to the best version of themselves. He currently coaches DC Soccer Club’s Boys U11 and U12 Red Metros.
