Efrain Viana is originally from El Salvador and grew up in Gaithersburg, MD where he played soccer through high school. Viana has over 10 years of coaching experience with youth soccer teams including the DC Soccer Club. Viana coached with the club for several years, including the U15/16 red and U13/14 white teams. He has also coached in the Darryl Gee Soccer Academy, Rockville SportsPlex, and High Performance Soccer Club.

Viana holds the US Soccer ‘C’ Coaching License. He currently coaches DC Soccer Club’s Boys U11 and U12 Sliver Metros. Outside of soccer, Viana works as Recreation Manager with Identity Inc. He enjoys traveling and loves to eat all kinds of food from different countries.
