Samer Atawneh has played soccer since he was 6 years old. He played travel and school soccer all the way through high school and into college. Samer still plays in Rec leagues, when he is not coaching or rooting for Liverpool, to this day. 

Samer said he, "strives to create a challenging yet supportive environment where players can excel, develop resilience, and cultivate valuable life skills that extend beyond the field." Outside of soccer, Samer loves to draw, ride his bike, and play chess. Samer coaches the U13 Brookland Boys for DC Soccer Club.
