Eleanor Jones is an experienced soccer player and youth coach. While she was still in high school, Eleanor started coaching in Northern Virginia for a youth club. She continued to coach for the club for 20 years in both the Recreation and Travel programs. Her tenure included serving as the club's Associate Director for Recreation, overseeing U3-U10 recreation, and coaching girls' U9-U12 and U13-15 travel teams. She played soccer collegiately at the University of Nottingham in England. 

Eleanor has her US Soccer D License. When she is not playing or coaching, she supports Tottenham, DC United, and Washington Spirit. She also enjoys exploring and hiking in and around DC. She coaches the GU9 and GU10 Red Metros for DC Soccer Club.
