Scott Payne is an experienced youth soccer and collegiate soccer coach. He has coached at two local soccer clubs before coming to DC Soccer Club. At his last club, he led his team to the 2021 VYSA President's Cup. 

Scott serves as the Coordinator of Operations/Assistant Coach for the Montgomery College Men's Soccer Program. During his tenure at the school he has lead both the Men's and Women's team to winning 2021 Region XX Championship. 

Scott holds his US Soccer D Coaching License. He coaches the U13 Girl's White Metros for DC Soccer Club.
