The Program will be provided by our DC Soccer Club Professional Coaching Staff.

In the first part of the session, they will work on the warming-up: Speed and Agility (20 minutes).

In the second part of the session they will be separated by age and level into 2 groups:
- Group 1 = Ball Mastery (30 minutes)
- Group 2 = Finishing (30 Minutes)

In the third section of the session, they will switch (Ball Mastery with Finishing).

In the fourth part of the session, they will all play small-sided games or scrimmages (40 minutes).

Observation: GKs will warm up and be part of the finishing group.
