DCSC will hold the first annual Len Oliver 5v5 Tournament on June 15th, 2024, in memory of DC Soccer Club's longtime Director of Coaching, Len Oliver. To honor Len's passion for youth soccer and coaching education, all proceeds from this tournament will be pooled into a joint-scholarship fund that provides cost-free opportunities to DMV players, coaches, and referees.

Len Oliver played soccer at Temple University where he won a National Championship and then went on to play professionally both in the US and abroad. After his playing career, Len was an active member of the coaching/ soccer communities in DC, and a renowned coaching educator leading thousands of coaches through courses over the years. He was a member of the inaugural class of the Virginia-DC Soccer Hall of Fame and is a member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame.
